Makes 12-16 sandwiches

  • 12 ounce can of corned beef
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • Shred corned beed with a fork
  1. Mix together with ketchup, mayonnaise, onions, and relish. 
  2. Add celery.
  3. Chill overnight.
