Assistant Planner

Salary: $29.67/hour – $38.86/hour

The City of Fernley has a vacancy in the Planning Department for an Assistant Planner.

Under direction of the Planning Director, the Assistant Planner performs current planning functions; reviews and prepares staff reports for development projects; and makes presentations to the Planning Commission, City Council, and community groups. The Assistant Planner works with developers and other City Departments in regard to land use and planning issues.
