Fun – Fernley

Children will learn about Nevada rock art, including both petroglyphs and pictographs. For a craft activity, they will use sandpaper and crayons to simulate Great Basin petroglyphs. Then they will paint on terracotta air-dry clay to create their own pictographs. Ages 6-12
