Location:

Yerington area, reporting to Lyon County Juvenile Probation

Hours:

Approximately 15 hours per week; not to exceed 1,039 hours in a fiscal year

Responsibilities:

• Join Lyon County as a Community Service Worker, where you’ll:
• Coordinate, supervise, and lead work programs for juveniles in groups typically ranging from 6 to 10 individuals
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with youth in various environments, ensuring order, productivity, and a respectful atmosphere

Experience:

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

• A High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Two (2) years of experience in law enforcement or security; OR a combination of education, training, and related experience
